From Tuesday November 26th - Friday November 29th 2024, NCSA hosted a four-day data protection training for 100 Data Protection Officers of public sector institutions. The training aimed to build the skills of these Data Protection Officers to manage and implement data privacy programs. 

Privacy Management is vital in managing privacy through processes and technology while ensuring institutional compliance with Rwanda's Personal Data Protection and Privacy Law. 

By the end of the training, participants were equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to enhance data privacy practices, ensuring stronger compliance with Rwanda's Personal Data Protection and Privacy Law and foster a culture of privacy across the public sector.
