NCSA and ISC2 sign MoU on cooperation in cybersecurity capacity building

On 24th July 2024, in Kigali, Rwanda's National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) and International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc. (ISC2) signed an MoU on cooperation in the field of cybersecurity capacity development. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Hon. Minister Paula Ingabire of the Ministry of ICT and Innovation - Rwanda (MINICT).
The MoU was signed by the Chairman of the Board of ISC2, Mr. James Packer, and CEO of NCSA, Mr. David Kanamugire. Following the MoU signing, NCSA, Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA), MINICT and ISC2, held a strategic meeting to discuss deepening this collaboration in cybersecurity and strengthening cyber expertise in Rwanda's ICT ecosystem and beyond.
