NCSA and National Security Authority of Slovakia sign MoU on cybersecurity cooperation
On Monday, October 20th, 2025, Mr. David Kanamugire, CEO of Rwanda’s National Cyber Security Authority, and Mr. Roman Konečný, Director of Slovakia’s National Security Authority, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on enhancing cooperation in the field of cybersecurity. The signing was witnessed by Rwanda’s Ambassador to Germany, H.E. Igor Cesar, and Mr. Emmanuel Mugabe from the Office of the President.
