NCSA joins ICT partners for 32nd commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi
As part of the broader ICT sector delegation, NCSA joined Rwandans and the world in the 32nd commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
The delegation first gathered at IPOSITA to honor Post Office employees who lost their lives during the genocide, before visiting the Ntarama Genocide Memorial to learn about its history, pay tribute to the victims, and lay wreaths in their memory.
In a gesture of solidarity, the ICT sector also provided six cows to vulnerable survivor families in Ntarama Sector, reaffirming its commitment to the welfare of genocide survivors.
