On 14-17 November 2023, Rwanda hosted the Africa Cyber Defense Forum (ACDF) 2023, an annual cybersecurity conference held in different cities across Africa that brings together the world’s leading cybersecurity experts, and government leaders and executives to address the challenges facing today’s cyber threat landscape.
The 4th edition of the conference attracted 250 cyber professionals from more than 20 different countries across the globe representing various industries across the public and private sector.
Speaking during the conference's official opening, the Minister of ICT and Innovation, Paula Ingabire, highlighted the increasing global cyber threats and the need for collective action to address them.
