Apple has released security updates addressing more than 200 vulnerabilities across its operating systems and software, including flaws in core system components that could lead to memory corruption, privilege escalation, information disclosure, or system disruption.

Security Risks

Successful exploitation of the identified vulnerabilities could allow unauthorized access or actions, exposure of sensitive information, privilege escalation, or disruption of affected devices.

Recommended Actions

The National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) recommends users and system administrators to:

1. Upgrade, as soon as possible, to the latest supported version of installed Apple software in order to continue receiving technical support and security patches.

The following software versions are available for upgrade, but not limited to:

• iOS 27 and iPadOS 27: iPhone 11 and later, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 4th generation and later, iPad Pro 11-inch 2nd generation and later, iPad Air 4th generation and later, iPad 9th generation and later, and iPad mini 6th generation and later.

• iOS 27 and iPadOS 27: iPhone 11 and later, iPad Pro 12.9-inch 3rd generation and later, iPad Pro 11-inch 1st generation and later, iPad Air 3rd generation and later, iPad 8th generation and later, and iPad mini 5th generation and later.

• macOS Tahoe 26.7: macOS Tahoe

• macOS Sequoia 15.8: macOS Sequoia

• watchOS 27: Apple Watch Series 9 and later

• tvOS 27: Apple TV 4K 2nd generation and later

• Safari 27: macOS Sequoia and macOS Tahoe

2. Enable background updates or automatic updates

3. Before any update task, ensure you have backup for your data.
