NCSA, as part of an EAC delegation under the EU–EAC DEEP initiative with Expertise France, participated in the InCyber Forum 2026 held from 31 March to 2 April in Lille, France. Under the theme “Mastering / Securing our Digital Dependencies,” discussions focused on strengthening digital resilience, advancing international cooperation, and managing global digital interdependence for sustainable transformation.

The forum, organized by INCYBER_Europe, brought together over 20,000 participants from more than 100 countries, including public authorities, CERTs/CSIRTs, international organizations, private sector, and academia. Participation provided a structured platform to enhance regional and international cybersecurity cooperation, aligning with EU–EAC DEEP’s goal of fostering a secure regional digital market through cross-border e-commerce, interoperable digital payments, and secure digital public infrastructure.
